Bytehealthy is an online platform where anyone can enroll and sell their food and others can register to buy a delicious and healthy home-cooked food. The delivery and orders are managed by Bytehealthy to provide convenience to the sellers and facilitate the buyers with any kind of food according to their preferences. With a few easy steps anyone can be a part of our venture to empower the hobby chefs becoming a professional and earn a handsome amount of money which will help them grow. On the other hand, the ones who wish to transform their daily diets and revitalize their appetites with home-cooked delicious and healthy food can have a plethora of options that will surely delight your souls. We provide all kinds of delicacies served by our prestigious sellers to fulfill your demands and wish to expand with the love we hope from you.


How can I sell my food?

I want to cancel my order

We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order is not processed. Please note that we will have a right to decline your request to compensate our sellers and delivery partners if your order has been processed. Will bytehealthy guarantee the quantity/quality of the food? We depend on the sellers for the quantity and quality of the food. If you find the food unsatisfactory, we are happy to take your feedback and resolve the problem in our future orders.


Is there a minimum order value?

We only allow a minimum order of Rs. 100


Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery fee varies from order to order and also depends on the distance between the seller and the buyer


Is there a standard delivery time?

The delivery time depends on the traffic conditions and the location of the delivery destination.


What are your delivery hours?

We have three different categories for deliveries which are breakfast, lunch and dinner. All these categories have their separate delivery hours. Breakfast: 8 A.M to 12 P.M Lunch: 12 P.M to 4 P.M Dinner: 6 P.M to 10 P.M


Can I order from any location?

We will deliver to all the locations registered with us.


Can we order from different chefs in the same order?

We currently do not support this functionality. However, you can place orders for different items from the same chef.


Can we order in advance?

You can order your food as soon as it starts accepting orders. However, the food will be delivered in the respective time slot. i.e. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner


Can we order for breakfast, lunch and dinner in one order?

Currently, we don’t allow that. Orders for different times must be placed separately.


Do you support bulk orders?

In order to provide all customers with a variety of options and to ensure on time delivery of your meal, we reserve the right to limit the quantities depending on ,supply by the seller.


Can I change the address/number?

Any major change in the delivery address is not possible after you have placed an order with us. However, slight modifications like changing the flat number, street name, landmark etc. are allowed via call with the delivery boy when your food arrives near you.
